Documents Required

  • Birth Certificate from the competent authority, such as : Panchayat, Mahanagarpalika, Nagarpalika. No other certificate, from whatever source it be, will be accepted .
    In the case of UKG and above Birth Certificate issued from the School / Transfer Certificate from the school last attended is must.
  • Age criteria for LKG - Not less then 3yrs and not above 3yrs 6 months as on 01 March of that session.

Registration Documents :

  1. Lab printed Passport size photographs to be affixed on the application form and the slip for interaction must be attached.
  2. Attach photostat copy of the Birth Certificate / Mark Sheet of previous class for classes above UKG while submitting the form, else the form will not be accepted.
  3. Combined one photograph of father, mother and child duly pasted on the registration form.
  4. A written test and interview will be held for students seeking admission in UKG to XI.
  5. The standard of the test will be the syllabus of the class preceding to which admission is sought.

An interaction with the child applied for admission shall be taken on the date informed. The child who seeks admission must be accompanied by the parents.

  • Children brought for the interaction shall be able to :
    • Recognize and recite English Alphabets
    • Recognize and count numbers 1 - 20
    • Recognize colours, flowers, animals, birds and fruits.
  • Answer questions smartly and intelligently.
  • The interest and availability of the parents in helping the child will be specially counted in the selection of children for admission.

The students of this school in class VIII are not entitled to get direct admission in class IX. They will take an entrance test open to students of the other schools also. Qualifying the entrance test alone shall ensure admission to class IX. Students of other schools securing less than 90%(ICSE) or 9 CGPA in class VIII shall not be issued the registration forms.

Class XI(Science Stream)

  • Registration forms may be obtained in the 1st week of June.
  • Entrance test will be held in 2nd week of June.
  • Students obtaining / securing less than in aggregate 80%(ICSE) and 9 CGPA shall not be entitled to procure registration forms.
  • The students of this school can collect the form only if they have obtained 8.5 CGPA in Xth( High School).
  • Only those who qualify the entrance test shall go through the admission procedure.



  • All Admission will be taken on the basis of merit.
  • After qualifying the interview final result is declared, thereafter the admission is granted in classes I to V.
  • The original report card ( Mark sheet ) of the qualifying examination is required at the time of interview. If not issued, the photostat copy of Half Yearly exam shall serve the purpose.
  • Parents with their wards with the above documents must meet the Principal at the time of interview.
  • Those seeking admissions will have to produce a Transfer Certificate (T.C.) of the previous school along with the progress report of the examination passed while taking admission, failing which the admission will stand cancelled.
  • If in an admission test for admission to a particular class, a pupil is found unsuitable for the class, this shall not entitle the pupil for admission to the lower class automatically without an admission test.
  • The original and photocopy of the previous school's mark sheet by the second week of April, failing which the admission will stand cancelled The school leaving certificate of a student joining school from class VII upwards must be countersigned by the educational authorities of the district in which the previous school is situated.


  • Please note that a student will be admitted only to the class mentioned on the transfer certificate and to no higher class nor will a student be promoted before the end of a school calendar year.
  • The TC and mark sheet have to be of the same school.


Once recorded in the School Scholar Register, request for change in the date of birth will not be accepted.


Fee structure can be looked at the Notice Board/ Fee Book provided to you at the time of admission.


The Principal reserves the right to waive off any of the rules contained in this form without assigning any reasons for his/ her action and it will be binding on Parents / Guardians and Students.

Registration Does not Guarantee Admission, It will be subject to merit and availability of Seats.


  • The application for a Transfer Certificate shall be made in writing by Parent/ Guardian only.
  • The Transfer Certificate will not be issued until all the dues are cleared. Those students leaving in April will have to pay the fees of May & June as well.
  • A fee of Rs. 100/- will be charged for the Transfer Certificate. The T.C. will be issued after seven days from the date of the application. No transaction will be done on holidays.

Expulsion / Rustication

Students can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds :

  • Disciplinary
  • Unsatisfactory progress in work- academics
  • Detention or repeated detention in a class, i.e. twice in the same class.
  • Issue of the red card thrice in a year.
